About Rocket Learning
Vision
We are shaping a future in which meaningful, face-to-face learning experiences are accessible to every employee and leader - igniting growth, building trust and collaboration, and transforming organizations.
Mission
Rocket Learning creates in-person, customizable learning programs that fuel growth. Guided by our ROCKET philosophy, we deliver engaging training that builds real skills, fosters connection, and drives lasting results.
Our Story
For years, Connie Bossert helped other organizations improve their training programs — writing new materials, updating outdated content, and delivering workshops. But over time, the limitations of someone else’s vision became clear: too many training programs felt stuck in the past. They were rigid, uninspiring, and disconnected from the needs of today’s workforce.
Connie saw an opportunity to create something better. Partnering with Chris Garrett, a seasoned technical trainer, she launched Rocket Learning — a company built on the belief that learning should be engaging, flexible, and relevant. By combining proven instructional design principles with real-world facilitation expertise, Rocket Learning delivers in-person training that meets learners where they are, sparks meaningful growth, and empowers organizations to thrive.
We regularly serve customers in the Raleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill area of North Carolina as well as the Little Rock / Conway area of Arkansas. We are also happy to make travel arrangements to other locations.
In-Person Engagement is Key
At Rocket Learning, we focus on in-person training because it consistently produces deeper engagement and stronger results. While online learning can be effective, our experience and research show that face-to-face interaction allows participants to connect, practice, and apply skills in real time. In-person workshops also give our facilitators the flexibility to incorporate dynamic discussions and experiential activities that create a richer, more memorable learning experience.
