Registration and Certificates
Where can I find upcoming workshops and events?
Visit Upcoming Public Workshops and Events for program details and dates. Choose View Details for the Session or Series you want, then follow its registration link to select tickets.
Where do I pay or change my tickets?
Public registration and ticket changes take place through Ticket Tailor. Your checkout shows the current availability, discounts, fees, and final total. Use your Ticket Tailor order email for ticket and purchase details. If you need help, contact Rocket Learning.
Does my ticket include a completion certificate?
A ticket confirms registration, not completion. Rocket Learning reviews participation and decides when to issue a certificate. New certificates arrive as PDF email attachments. For a replacement copy, contact us; older certificates can still be accessed through their existing links.
How does a private group register?
For training arranged for your organization, contact Rocket Learning. Your organizer will provide participation details; a public ticket purchase is not required.

Who is Rocket Learning?
Rocket Learning is a learning and development company that creates engaging, in-person training for employees, leaders, and workplace teams. Founded by experienced educators and trainers, we combine expertise in learning, leadership, business, and technology to help organizations build practical skills, strengthen collaboration, and support growth.
Why was Rocket Learning created?
Rocket Learning grew from a simple belief: workplace training should be more engaging, flexible, and relevant than many traditional programs. After years of developing and delivering training for other organizations, founder Connie Bossert saw an opportunity to create learning experiences grounded in sound instructional design while giving facilitators the flexibility to respond to the real needs of participants and organizations.

Training Options and Delivery
Do you provide onsite training for organizations?
Yes. Onsite training is one of our primary services. We bring the facilitator, materials, activities, and learning experience directly to your organization so participants can learn together in a familiar environment. Programs can range from focused learning sessions to full-day and multi-session development programs.
Where does Rocket Learning provide training?
Rocket Learning is based in the Raleigh, North Carolina area and primarily serves organizations throughout Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Morrisville, Apex, Holly Springs, Garner, Chapel Hill, and the greater Research Triangle region. We've recently begun serving the Greensboro Triad and Charlotte metro areas as well. For programs outside central North Carolina, contact us to discuss location and travel options.
Do you offer public workshops?
Yes. Rocket Learning offers public, in-person workshops in the Raleigh and Charlotte areas. Public workshops allow individuals or small groups from different organizations to attend scheduled Rocket Learning programs. Visit our Public Workshops page to see upcoming sessions.
Can you customize training for our organization?
Absolutely. Customization is a core part of the Rocket Learning approach. We can adapt examples, scenarios, activities, terminology, and emphasis within an existing program to make it more relevant to your workplace. When an existing program is not the right fit, we can also develop a new learning experience around your goals, audience, workplace challenges, and desired outcomes.
Can you combine several topics into one training program?
Yes. We can combine different topics into a half-day, full-day, or multi-session learning experience. For example, an organization might combine communication, coaching, feedback, and difficult conversations into a broader manager development program.
How long are Rocket Learning training programs?
We offer several formats depending on the topic and your needs. Options include focused one-hour Learning Capsules, three-hour Modules, full-day programs, multi-session learning programs, and customized formats.
How many people can participate in a training session?
Group size depends on the program, room setup, activities, and learning objectives. Because Rocket Learning programs emphasize interaction and participation, we will recommend a format and group size that supports an effective learning experience.
Do you offer virtual training?
Rocket Learning specializes in in-person learning. We believe face-to-face training creates valuable opportunities for discussion, practice, collaboration, feedback, and connection, so our programs are designed specifically for live, in-person delivery.

How far in advance should we schedule training?

Programs using existing Rocket Learning content can generally be scheduled more quickly than fully customized programs.
